well i've been working on DJ's Guardian Course as many of you know, its going really well. i've managed to catch up with all my lessons so next week you might not get any of the videos you've been getting as i have requested that the emails be put on pause while i had to catch up and now DJ is on Holiday so i may not be able to get him to start them up again. then again it gives me more time to practice and work on my FYP.

anyway, these are the lessons all up to date so far, oh and if i didn't mention before the course is about a lot of things its not just practical animation lessons every email just encase your thinking that there ain't many videos for a 6 emails a week course.

this is the Arcs lesson, i found this email quite hard to understand so i talked to DJ and he changed the wording to make it more understandable to others as well.

next lesson was Secondary Action, i really liked this one as it took me out of what i perceived to be Secondary Action and helped me to see it in another way, thanks again for this DJ.

then there where a lot of day between that practical and the next one as the emails in between focused on practicing our knowledge of the 12 principles. the next practical was Slow In & Slow Out where we had to take the animation of the ball in the previous to emails and add Slow In & Slow Out between the bounces. this is what i managed to do, i think it looks quite good but i could be wrong.

i can't wait till i get to continue with these lessons but for now i get the chance to work on my FYP work. if you have been keeping up with whats been happening with that, i have started again on my character design so yes this means i have to remodel the whole character but its going to be worth it as i will be able to get a smoother look to him and also as i have already done one character i will (should) find this one easier to do.

anyway there not really else that has been happening, as i have said before my FYP work at the moment is being kept quiet until i get the go ahead from my FYP Mentor next year (Chris Wyatt)...once that is done i will make the blog public and you will all be able to check out what i've been up to with it.

i'll talk to you all next week anyway and i will hopefully have a lot more to talk about but if not it gives you guys a great rest from reading. ^_^
